Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Customers are also responsible for contacting us prior to the 30 days if there are any issues with the items received from their order. If we do not receive notice within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.
Our orders are packaged and sent from our hub overseas for the sake of shipping efficiency. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to offer return labels for our orders. However, if a customer would like to exchange the sizes of their suits, we are happy to send them the correct sized suit for free. They must only pay $7.87 as a flat return shipping rate per item they wish to exchange.
We also cannot provide a refund for an order that has already been processed and shipped because we are unable to change a package's path of delivery after it has been picked up.
