We’d like to start off by expressing our profuse thanks to you, our customers, for continuing to support us during these unprecedented times.
It’s an understatement to say that all of our lives have changed in the past few months, and on behalf of entire Delphine Family, we’d like to express our indefinite thoughts and prayers for the safety and health of all of you and your loved ones.
These are trying times for everyone, and the best thing we can do right now is support each other through this global crisis.
We are happy to express that the entirety of the Delphine Family has been able to stay healthy, as we made the decision to completely transition to telework and implement what is now mandated as Social Distancing.
However, many of you that have been with us since the beginning, may have already noticed that our catalog has shrunk significantly — almost to the extent we launched in 2018. We’d like to express our assurance that this decision is not made in plight to our boutique.
Several of our manufacturers have contacted us in regard to concerns with indefinite halts in operations and limited availability of fabric due to these ongoing and unpredictable circumstances. There’s also been an abrupt decline in travel and shipping services from overseas, which has unfortunately resulted in unpredictable and unreliable shipping times from our manufacturers and shipping facilities overseas. This is completely unacceptable because utmost priority is to guarantee satisfaction your with your order, which includes (but is not limited to) ensuring high quality items with both fast and reliable shipping.
We’ve been inclined toward making this decision sooner, but this turn of events has augmented our motive and accelerated the calculated decision for the bulk of our summer inventory to be completely held in our new domestic warehouse.
This transition is in many ways an upgrade to you, our customers, because as of today, April 29th, 2020, all orders placed before 2 PM EST will be fulfilled the same day for guaranteed delivery of up to 3 business days following receipt of tracking.
We’re happy to enter this new and improved stage in our operations, and we deemed it necessary to inform you because we’re committed to keeping our customers in the loop during these unpredictable times.
